Corelon Federal Supplies & Solutions, LLC (“Corelon,” “we,” “us”) operates corelonfederal.com. This policy explains what happens to information you provide on this site. It is intentionally short because this is a marketing and procurement-information website, not a customer portal, and we collect very little.

What we collect

The Contact page asks for your name, agency or organization, email, phone, inquiry type, and message. When you submit that form, it is sent to our server, which forwards it as an email — through our email delivery provider, Resend — to the Corelon inbox matching your inquiry type. We do not store your submission in a database; it is not retained on our site after it is forwarded, and is only ever seen by Corelon staff who read that inbox. Resend processes the message solely to deliver it and is bound by its own privacy and security obligations as our processor.

We do not use cookies, third-party advertising trackers, or analytics scripts on this site today. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

What we don’t do

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.
We do not process payments or collect financial account information on this site.
We do not use your information for advertising or retargeting.

Publicly verifiable information

Corelon’s federal contracting identifiers — SAM.gov UEI, CAGE code, NAICS/PSC codes, and SBA certifications — are public federal procurement records by design (that is the point of SAM.gov and certify.sba.gov) and are referenced throughout this site for exactly that reason.

This site links to official government verification portals (SAM.gov, certify.sba.gov, the Virginia SBSD SWaM directory) and, on the Blog page, to third-party government news sources. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don’t control.

Children’s privacy

This site is a business-to-government procurement resource and is not directed at, or knowingly used to collect information from, children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If how we handle information on this site changes — for example, if we add a server-side contact form or analytics — we’ll update this page and the date above.
